TERMS & CONDITIONS

To secure our services a 50 % non-refundable deposit is required to be paid within 7 days of booking.  

All cancellations 7 days out from a secured date will forfeit any deposit paid and postponements will be treated as a new booking.

Final payment is due 7 days after attendance or completion of our services.

All overdue invoices will incur penalty interest at the rate of 15% and all debt collection costs are to be paid by the client.

Afterpay payment methods must be pre approved by Team Tidy before the acceptance of any quote. Please note a 10% surcharge applies for Afterpay services in addition to our fees. 

Payment of invoices is express confirmation that you acknowledge all service details are correct, you agree to any terms and conditions herein listed or in our correspondence and that you wish to secure the booking. Failure to pay the invoice within 7 days will result in your booking no longer being secured.

If upon further assessment it becomes apparent that further time or services will be required for the completion of the service, Team Tidy reserves the right to charge additional fees in conjunction with the above quote. This will be discussed with the client prior to any increase in fees.

All extra items such as additional travel, storage containers, packing material, cleaners and rubbish removal are charged in addition to our quoted services and are required to be paid directly by the client or paid to us prior to booking in extra services. All fees will be discussed prior to any charges.

Team Tidy refuses all liability for any third-party services.

All progress, before and after photos are the intellectual property of Team Tidy and we reserve the right to publish the same at our discretion unless prior agreement is reached.

If at any time any persons or property becomes unsafe or uncomfortable, we reserve the right to cease all works and impose full fees under the booking agreement.

As several factors can impact the project completion such as client participation, additional services and the volume of items we advise that all job completion, quoted fees, costs and timeframes of services are an estimate only.
